I was greeted after driving my truck into the garage. I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. Thinking it would not take long, I waited at the dealership until my truck was done. I usually like to roam around the dealership lot, looking at the new and used vehicles. My truck was done in about an hour. Did not really have time to roam. I did roam the lot before leaving. The people I have interacted with at Colussy are nice and friendly, not pushy. While roaming the lot, a salesman asked me if there was something I needed. I told him, "I just had my truck serviced, I wanted to look at the new models." He said, "go right ahead, if you need anything or have any questions, just ask." It is always a pleasant experience any time I'm at Colussy Chevrolet.

It's great to have a place that I trust and everyone is very pleasant to deal with.

This was the second time I had it in for repair of the "check engine" light coming on. The computers stated that there was something wrong with the cooling fan. I picked up the car both times and the check engine light is back on after only 25-30 miles. I will be returning the car to the Service Dept on Monday, and plan for you to correct it without doubt this time if it means replacing the entire cooling fan system or computer mother board or extending affected systems!

Colussy did their usual good job.

Not happy a brand new chevy truck passed all inspections from factor to dealership and no one seen the defective windshield. When I returned the truck to the dealership to have the windshield replaced, they did not have a vehicle for me to drive for several hours or a day depending on time of install. Major inconvenience due to wife working overtime at the hospital. (My back up in life) So, I had bartered a ride from and friend, and now I owe the friend a favor and more time on a windshield that was defective from the factory and no fault of my own. I have only driven Chevys and always will but disappointed after spending over $45,000 dollars and dealer did not have a courtesy/loaner car.

No problems Just getting an appointment to wait for your car can be an issue they want you to drop off well I live in Burgettstown and it’s too hard to do that

The battery on our Buick died. Colussy worked it into their schedule and got the battery replaced and an oil change very quickly!

Service performed in a timely manor

Terry my salesman was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. In choices of an Equinox.

This experience was not great. After calling to make an appointment on 10/3 (talked with Ron) he asked if I could bring my corvette in Wednesday, so they would perform tests on it the next day (Thursday). I stated I would only do that if the car was parked indoors since its a sports car and I don't leave my cars outside. He agreed that it would be parked inside overnight. Therefore, I agreed to bring the car down on 10/8. I took the car to the Service bay on 10/8, (Adrian) he told me that the service appointment was never made, that I was not on the schedule. I told him that I did make the appointment and discussed the car being kept inside the garage. He agreed to keep the car in the garage and that they would run tests on Thursday. I called late Thursday for an update and was told they are still getting errors, so they will keep the car another day. Again, I called Friday early afternoon for an udpate, was told still running tests they would need to keep the car. I asked for more details to the possible problem. Talked with Service Manage (Verle), he basically told me that the problem was due to me using non premium gas or a bad battery. I felt his attitude was extremely condescending, he continued to tell me how he has owned corvettes for 27 years and that he's the manager of the service department so he knows what he's talking about. He then continued stating that they will need to keep the car until Monday so they can drive it to clear the codes, then hung-up. I find this interaction with the service personnel to be non-professional, and a bad reflection on the business conducted at Colussy Chevrolet.

Everything went very good. From the time I contacted Chris. Till I arrived at the dealership. As usual all was good.

The appointment went well once it was scheduled. I was in and out within two hours for my annual inspection, and there were no surprise repairs required. The only difficulty was contacting the service department to make the appointment. I initially called the main Colussy number and could not get a personal response. I eventually found a separate number for the Service Department, and I got a person to answer the phone and set up my appointment.

I brought our 2021 Equinox in for its 1st inspection. I purchased it from Colussy in October of 2025. I set up an appointment via email. I received a suggested appointment date & time. I confirmed it was fine but heard nothing after that despite sending numerous emails asking if they received my confirmation. Apparently they did, as the car was scheduled for inspection once we got there. All went well. Thank you!

I was having an issue that when accelerating up a hill, I would feel a shudder or wobble. It was also time for an oil & filter change. I also had a wheel sensor that wasn't working. I made the appt. online which was easy. I was sent an email confirmation and a reminder the day before the appointment. I dropped the car off. It's been a while since I've brought a car here for servicing. Chris was very helpful & polite. He asked if I had a backup ride and I did. Chris called me with what they had found. A misfire - they recommended changing the plugs. They replaced the defective wheel sensor under warranty and they found a problem with the axles and replaced them along with some other supports under warranty. The wobble is now gone, the new wheel sensor is correctly reading with no dash error light. My car was ready for pickup the next morning and they even washed my car! Thank you!
