Never nothing neg to say have loved u guys since we bought the car keep up the great service

Chris kept me well informed about the status of my car. I was disappointed that it took a week to get my car back. This was partly due to the massive regional power outage.

We had PA inspection which requires alot of check systems. We were updated throughout. We put on new tires,oil change, rotors and back brakes. All important because we have a trailer we haul.

I was kept well informed of the service options.

As always, they (service Dept.) did an excellent job. The staff was professional, polite, and had me in and out in short order. A well done.

Came in for inspection oil change and tire rotation. All three were done well and you didn’t find any odd thing wrong with the car that I didn’t know about and then charged me for it. Been coming there for years.❗️

Josh was once again great in getting my truck scheduled for service and addressing some minor issues.

As always. From setting up the appointment via phone to the arrival, everyone was and is professional. Service was as expected and timely. 5 Star performance.

Dropped off my trailblazer so it could be looked at the next day for an issue with the sunroof gasket. The situation was rectified and I was called and told I could pick it up. The service was free of charge.

My sales consultant, Tom Priano, was very thorough as he explained all the details of the 2025 Chevy Trax RS to me. His expertise in his knowledge of the car & how he explained everything was impressive to me & a big help! I was also so thrilled that I got the price I was hoping for, for our 2020 Chevy Malibu. This worked out so well that I didn't have to take out a loan! It was a deal that came from Heaven! The whole sales experience was wonderful. We are very pleased with our new car, since it left the dealer.

On 6-13-25 my bolt euv had a service vehicle trouble light and was in reduced power mode. I went to colussy service department. Service advisor Adrian Enriquez had EV technician Ken immediately troubleshoot my vehicle. Ken detected many trouble codes. Ken troubleshot all the codes and found nothing wrong. Ken read a service bulletin that indicated the engine control module could give false trouble codes and there's a software update fix. Ken implemented the software update fix and that repaired the vehicle. Both Ken and Adrian did excellent work.

3 out of the past 6 times I've had my oil changed and tires rotated they forgot to reset the TPS. I've had to turn around halfway home to get it reset. Each time the Service advisor was nice and quickly reset it for me. Next time I'll have to specifically ask if it was reset to the proper position of the tires.

Check in went smooth, the Truck and all my requested services were completed in less than 90 minutes. I was greeted after driving my truck into the garage. I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. Thinking it would not take long, I waited at the dealership until my truck was done. I usually like to roam around the dealership lot, looking at the new and used vehicles. My truck was done in about an hour. Did not really have time to roam. I did roam the lot before leaving. The people I have interacted with at Colussy are nice and friendly, not pushy. While roaming the lot, a salesman asked me if there was something I needed. I told him, "I just had my truck serviced, I wanted to look at the new models." He said, "go right ahead, if you need anything or have any questions, just ask." It is always a pleasant experience any time I'm at Colussy Chevrolet.

This was the second time I had it in for repair of the "check engine" light coming on. The computers stated that there was something wrong with the cooling fan. I picked up the car both times and the check engine light is back on after only 25-30 miles. I will be returning the car to the Service Dept on Monday, and plan for you to correct it without doubt this time if it means replacing the entire cooling fan system or computer mother board or extending affected systems!

Colussy did their usual good job.

Not happy a brand new chevy truck passed all inspections from factor to dealership and no one seen the defective windshield. When I returned the truck to the dealership to have the windshield replaced, they did not have a vehicle for me to drive for several hours or a day depending on time of install. Major inconvenience due to wife working overtime at the hospital. (My back up in life) So, I had bartered a ride from and friend, and now I owe the friend a favor and more time on a windshield that was defective from the factory and no fault of my own. I have only driven Chevys and always will but disappointed after spending over $45,000 dollars and dealer did not have a courtesy/loaner car.

A little bit better than usual.

Terry my salesman was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. In choices of an Equinox.

This experience was not great. After calling to make an appointment on 10/3 (talked with Ron) he asked if I could bring my corvette in Wednesday, so they would perform tests on it the next day (Thursday). I stated I would only do that if the car was parked indoors since its a sports car and I don't leave my cars outside. He agreed that it would be parked inside overnight. Therefore, I agreed to bring the car down on 10/8. I took the car to the Service bay on 10/8, (Adrian) he told me that the service appointment was never made, that I was not on the schedule. I told him that I did make the appointment and discussed the car being kept inside the garage. He agreed to keep the car in the garage and that they would run tests on Thursday. I called late Thursday for an update and was told they are still getting errors, so they will keep the car another day. Again, I called Friday early afternoon for an udpate, was told still running tests they would need to keep the car. I asked for more details to the possible problem. Talked with Service Manage (Verle), he basically told me that the problem was due to me using non premium gas or a bad battery. I felt his attitude was extremely condescending, he continued to tell me how he has owned corvettes for 27 years and that he's the manager of the service department so he knows what he's talking about. He then continued stating that they will need to keep the car until Monday so they can drive it to clear the codes, then hung-up. I find this interaction with the service personnel to be non-professional, and a bad reflection on the business conducted at Colussy Chevrolet.

Everything went very good. From the time I contacted Chris. Till I arrived at the dealership. As usual all was good.
