Arrived at the appointment time. Greeted at once by a service person who requested my registration and insurance papers, and services I requested, then showed me to the customer lounge. PA State inspection, oil and filter change that included a 27 multipoint inspection was completed in less than 80 minutes. Thank you, Colussy Service.

The appointment went well once it was scheduled. I was in and out within two hours for my annual inspection, and there were no surprise repairs required. The only difficulty was contacting the service department to make the appointment. I initially called the main Colussy number and could not get a personal response. I eventually found a separate number for the Service Department, and I got a person to answer the phone and set up my appointment.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change and had to wait over 2hrs for it to be done. Also I was promised 2 free oil changes with the purchase of my truck. Service dept said I'm not eligible for a free oil change. I had them call Terry my salesman and he confirmed I was eligible for the free oil change. High five to Terry he's the best.

Single item service request was handled quickly while I waited. I got my appointment within a week of when I called. My only issue was that it took several tries to get through to the Service Department on the phone.

It took about 2 hours for an in and out inspection. Much longer than in years past. The service personnel all seemed like they just came from a funeral as they all had sad faces. Did someone die?

Had appointment for an oil change at 8:00. Didn’t finish until 10:35. Was told that it took so long due to a software update. That is just way too long for an oil change. On a positive note…. The employees are the friendliest ever. Couldn’t ask for better people!

I had a maintenance check as well as a check engine light diagnostic and repair. While the service writer did call once to update me on the progress of my car, he didn't send a text message like I've received from other service writers in the past from Colussy.

I brought our 2021 Equinox in for its 1st inspection. I purchased it from Colussy in October of 2025. I set up an appointment via email. I received a suggested appointment date & time. I confirmed it was fine but heard nothing after that despite sending numerous emails asking if they received my confirmation. Apparently they did, as the car was scheduled for inspection once we got there. All went well. Thank you!

Needed an oil change on my 2015 vehicle, good service.

Had a 1pm appointment for annual inspection. Did not get out of there until 4:45pm. Long day! Customer service rep where I paid my bill was less than friendly

The Service was quick and professional. They changed my oil and the rear wiper blade with no issues, thank you!

I was having an issue that when accelerating up a hill, I would feel a shudder or wobble. It was also time for an oil & filter change. I also had a wheel sensor that wasn't working. I made the appt. online which was easy. I was sent an email confirmation and a reminder the day before the appointment. I dropped the car off. It's been a while since I've brought a car here for servicing. Chris was very helpful & polite. He asked if I had a backup ride and I did. Chris called me with what they had found. A misfire - they recommended changing the plugs. They replaced the defective wheel sensor under warranty and they found a problem with the axles and replaced them along with some other supports under warranty. The wobble is now gone, the new wheel sensor is correctly reading with no dash error light. My car was ready for pickup the next morning and they even washed my car! Thank you!

No complaints about the service I received. Keegan was helpful in making me aware of what repair my car needed and prices. My BIG complaint is with the receptionist. She was on her cellphone the whole transaction. And I heard personal things I didn't need to hear. She was totally distracted and had to ask my name 3x. No "hello", no "thank you" -- no acknowledgement whatsoever besides looking at me for my name. I think she could have put her phone down for the one minute it would take to attend to me.

As always, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I have purchased multiple vehicles at Colussy and have never had a bad experience. I have worked with Quinn for several years. He is great to work with.
